General terms of service! may be modified later but modifications will only apply to those who commission/purchase after the modification!

✿ No commercial use unless agreed upon beforehand!

If you intend to use something commercially, we have to get to an agreement first! I also have the right to refuse the commission if I don't feel like it.What I personally count as commercial :- Merch that is SOLD for profit (do let me know if non-profit if it's not for personal uses tho!)- Designs that will be used in webtoons etc that generate profit.- Execptions are made for vtubers/content creators, as long as the profit isn't direct (selling merch) if you want to use it on stream or on thumbnails or even as pngtuber, feel free to!

Reselling adoptable and/or artwork with character is permitted ONLY when it's resold at a lower or equivalent price

✿ I have the right to publicize the artwork whenever I want unless we agree otherwise

I can hold it up to 6 months if needed! After 6 months, it is within my right to post it!

✿ Credit when due!

Please don't omit my name when necessary or claim it was done by someone else. I'm not very strict about crediting me everywhere (ie. you don't have to put me in bio when using art as pfp, only answer honestly when asked about, thank you!!)

✿ Payment is always 100% upfront and no refunds

I don't think a split payment is necessary for orders under 100$ and I don't do anything over 100$ for the time being.However, if don't end up finishing 3 months after than the estimated time I give (so estimated time + 3 months), you may request a full refund if dissatisfied.

Generally, no. Depends on the situation so ask me if you're unsure.

When will you open commissions?

Whenever I feel like it. I don't make a living out of art so I usually do whatever is more convenient for me. Sorry! Additionally, I do not have a waitlist and I don't intend to make one because it's not a promise I can fulfill.

Feel free to ask any questions in dms! I'm slow at replying sometimes but I don't mind them!
